This airport is temporarily closed to commercial flights since 2011 and there is no clear date for its reopening.

Although there are no means of public transportation you can prefer to go to the city center of Ivano-Frankivsk, which is 4,4 km of Ivano-Frankivsk Airport, you can travel by taxi. Another option is to rent a car from the airport. It takes approximately 6-7 minutes to go to the city center of Ivano-Frankivsk from Ivano-Frankivsk Airport with a private car.
