Drama is a city in Greece, on the border of Macedonia. In the city, which has been under Ottoman domination for many years, today the Turkish population has decreased. The Turks settled in Yalova and its territory in the population exchange. The city is the subject of poetry and folk songs with the famous Drama Bridge. Drama has a lively entertainment life. The cafés and taverns are full at nights. It is famous for the Trade Festival held every June. Drama is neighboring Kavala, another famous city in Greece. On the intercity road reaching Drama, you can also take notice of the small miniature churches called Eklizaki.
