Bremen Airport is the international airport serving the city of Bremen, which is one of the most important industrial and port cities in Germany. The airport is accessible by tram from the city center. Tram number 6 provides transportation to the airport from the city center in 11 minutes. The tram departs from the central train station and passes the Bremen Am Brill stop, which is a 5-minute walk from the historic city center. The tram provides direct transportation to the airport terminal.
The city center consists of the historic city center (Domshof) and the area north of Weser River, which is where many historic buildings are located. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport from the city center by taxi. The total fare will vary depending on the traffic conditions. However, in general, the fare isn’t too high.
When driving to Bremen Airport from Bremen you can follow the tram route once you cross the Wilhelm-Kaisen Bridge. You can also take the Bürgermeister-Smidt Bridge and go to the intersection of Neuenlander Street. Then make a left and continue to the airport entrance. The airport has a parking capacity for 4,500 vehicles including bicycles, motorcycles, and cars. There are also special parking areas just for women located on the 3rd floor of car park 1 and the ground floor of car park 2.

The airport also offers guided tours, which start in Terminal 1, that describe the over 100-year history of aviation in Bremen. The tour also provides an overview of flights, aircraft, runways, and more.
The airport offers passengers a simple yet delicious selection of eating and drinking venues, including Punto Pasta, Istanbul Foods & Drinks, Kamps Bakery, and Asien Bankett. Bremen Airport also contains a lost and found, hairdresser, ATMs, currency exchange office, and duty free shops.
There is no active airport in the city of Arapoti. For this reason, to reach the city, transportation is mostly provided through Alfonso Pena International Airport. You can travel to Arapoti city center from the airport by bus or rental car. Since the distance is long, finding a taxi to take you is very difficult and costly.
You can easily find a taxi at the airport exit or you can use the airport shuttle buses and you can travel to the main bus station of Sao Jose dos Pinhais within a short time. Then from there you can travel to Arapoti by using the intercity buses. The journey takes approximately 4 hours. Shuttle bus ticket prices are 10 Brazilian Real.
