Car Rental

There are many car rental companies in the city center. When renting a car, pay attention to the terms of the contract and bargain if possible. Airport Information

Lahore's main airport was once Walton Airport. When Pakistan International Airlines acquired its first Boeing 720, Walton Airport was unable to handle the landing and take-off this aircraft. Therefore, it was decided to build a new airport. This new airport called Allama Iqbal International Airport allowed Lahore to open its gates to the world. Today, regular flights are organized from the airport to many important cities such as İstanbul, Dubai, Paris, New York and Tokyo. Allama Iqbal International Airport, which is the second busiest airport of Pakistan, is located 15 kilometers of the city center.

The airport includes two terminals as domestic and international. The international terminal has a lounge, duty free shops and various eating and drinking areas. In addition, passengers can benefit from the Wi-Fi network at the airport for free. At the airport, you can buy souvenirs consisting of local Pakistani desserts.

At Agra Airport there is no public transport that takes passengers to the city center. However, you can easily reach the city in a short time by renting a car or taking a taxi.

Taxi

The taxi stand is located in front of the arrival terminal. Travelling to the city center from Agra Airport by taxi only takes 15 minutes in normal traffic conditions. Taximeter uSage is not common in the taxis so before you get into a taxi to travel to the city make sure you agree the fare with the driver before hand.

Rent a Car

You can reach the city center in less than 20 minutes by renting a car at the airport. However, you should not forget that sometimes the traffic in Agra can be very busy. To get to the city center turn right when you exit the airport and that takes on onto Agra - Bikaner Road and then continue straight ahead and follow the signs of the city center.
