El Arish International Airport, 10 kilometers south of the center of El Arish, serves at a building with traces of local architecture. The density of the flights is increasing at the airport especially for Muslims, during the pilgrimage period. Apart from charter flights from El Arish International Airport, there are regular flights to Oman, Cairo and Jeddah. Because the airport is very close to the Gaza border, there may be occasional problems about flights. Passengers are advised to check the airport condition continuously prior to their flight. Standard services are provided to the passengers at the airport where there is a small cafeteria.
