As of 2016, the buses operate from 04:45 am to 10:47 pm. From the railway station in Roshchino city center, the buses depart at 04:00 am and offer service until 10:00 pm. The bus route 141 also provides direct transportation to the squares in Tyumen city center and starts operating at 06:54 am and offers service until 09:03 pm.
If you land at Roshchino Airport at a late hour or when there is no public transportation vehicle, it may be the best alternative for you to use the taxis waiting 24/7 at the terminal exit. When you go outside the airport arrival terminal, you can see the vehicles of many taxi companies. It takes about 12-15 minutes to reach Tyumen city center from the airport by taxi, and you are asked to pay an average of 280-340 Russian Rubles for this transportation.
Although there are not many alternatives in terms of car rental companies at Roshchino Airport terminal, it is possible to see a few of the world-famous brands. In order to rent your car within minutes, you must make your pre-reservation before arriving at the airport. You can reach Tyumen city center in about 10-15 minutes by car that you can rent at the airport.
