Because Trabzon Airport carries passengers from nearby cities like Rize and Giresun, it is possible to reach these places with Havaş shuttles.

Havaş

You can reach to the center or the districts of Trabzon, Rize and Giresun with Havaş shuttles, after the passenger exit is completed. While Havaş shuttles reach the city center of Trabzon, passing through the stops of Tanjant Road, Tanjant Erdogdu Junction, Yavuz Sultan Selim Boulevard, Uzunkum and Beşirli. The journey time depends on the distance to be traveled, but in total it takes about 30 minutes to complete this route.

The route of the passengers going to Rize respectively consists of Of, Iyidere, Derepazarı, Rize, Çayeli, Pazar and Ardeşen. Ticket prices are set at 15 or 20 TL according to distance. You can also consider going to the city center by taxi because the city center is very close. However, the fare might be more than you estimate. You might want to ask before you take the taxi. Because taxi fares outside Istanbul can be a bit expensive.
